We accept online deposit card payments for bookings
When booking an appointment for your vehicle fault code scan we ask for a non-refundable* payment, this is to prevent abuse of the booking system and uses the secure online payments solution, Stripe.
*we only refund deposit payments if we are unable to attend the booking at the specified time or for technical or any other reasons prevent us from carrying out the service. If you and your vehicle aren’t available at the pre-booked time, or there are issues with your vehicle that prevent us from performing the scan then we do not issue refunds.
Once our service is complete we will require payment of the remaining balance
As an initial deposit is taken at the time of the booking we require the remaining amount to be paid, we carry small amounts of cash and so having the correct amount ready is preferred and helps us 🙂
